    Great Crescent - Bourbon's Barrel Stout tonight. Not setting the stout world on fire but it's something I've never had before which is all part of the journey.

    I did not enjoy this over a year ago when I bought it, bourbon and booze were just way too overpowering, but tonight after a year or so in the "cellar" this is drinking fucking perfect. This is why you cellar a beer.

    The saison was flat, OH has had problems with flat bottle conditioned beers. If anyone goes to the Durham Total Wine, I explained to them how to fix it.

    And I have mad love for Insanity.

    Never thought Heresy to bring an overpowering barrel note personally.

    Yeah, I seen the reviews are mixed. I for one am enjoying it. I don't think I've been disappointed with JK yet.
