So 3 Candles is my wife’s favorite beer of all time. The SP staff knows this. A random keg of it was tapped on our wedding day. My wife was able to drink it that day and though I can’t prove it, I like to think the staff did that for her. Love my SP staff friends.

Next time someone should say, "Oh, sir, I'm very aware. I use these for shipping my home made small batch (insert infused olive oil, cold pressed coffee, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, marinade and/or pure bullshit of your choice here)."

 

I'd tell him to do his job and not ask questions or condescend to his customers by making assumptions. Do they ask if you're going to force infants to chug the liquor they sell because that's illegal too?

You could be moving, or traveling, and want your bottles safely stored and not loosely bouncing around in your luggage.

 

I use shippers to mail lube. It’s small batch, craft lube, sometimes barrel aged

 

Best shipper for snow globes. Sand used for the glass was not BA, but the *********s are.

Won't go into the whys, whats, and wherefores, but I once had to ship back some...oil. Woman at the post office must have been 65. Asked what was in the package. I said oil. She said what type. I said, you know, oil (trying to be polite). She insisted - what type?! I said massage oil. She said massage oil *raised eyebrow*? I said, yeeeees....massage oil. Annnnd, a very dirty, dirty (mean, not dirty) look was given.

You asked, I answered. Just keep you head down and don't ask..

 

Yup. That's the is behind it....to hope they never ask again.

 

You can get shippers cheaper at UHaul and they'll ship for free if you get 4. That said, are you having this experience at the forsyth location? Those guys are awesome over there and I get shippers from therm all the time.

 

I have had similar poor experiences at Rock Hill. Last time I was there no one offered to help me (was looking to buy some young Bordeaux that would age well) and then I overheard the guys working talking about some sexual exploits with another worker. They were just drinking beer and talking about some vulgar stuff and I eventually just left and never went back. I will say my experience at Forsyth is much better, but I just have a bad impression from my experience at Rock Hill. I still love SP too much not to try for this. Anyone know if they announced how much money you'd have to spend to get a raffle ticket and between which dates?

Doubt it will be raffle based, probably based on spending like TWCP Maman originally was.
