    11 months on this CBS. A lot less coffee and a lot more bourbon than I remember. Still pretty sweet from the chocolate and maple. Cheers!

    Part of my cellar clean-out project, found some good stout bottles that I'll be opening in the near future. Not sure why I never got to this, maybe I was just waiting for a Tuesday and then forgot about it. More than 3 years later, today's the day. Sadly, this is definitely infected. Tastes like a dark sour, which I wasn't exactly in the mood for. I did hear some stories of this beer being infected way back when, I never really paid attention to the year though. Guess I'll be back shortly... Non-Cheers :slight_frown:

    This is more like it... an old Big Bad Baptist bottle from Epic Brewing, one of my original favorites of the style. Still haven't had a can yet, but I trust it is still tasty.
