Stone Vertical Epic 12.12.12.

I might be crazy, but isn't this beer released around 12/12? isn't that the whole idea? So I would assume not to many people would have this right now.

 

I haven't heard anything wrong with it, that's for sure.

They were unloading 8 cases of it last night at Texas Liquor in Carlsbad last night. Haven't tried it yet.

 

Awesome. Good to find out. I haven't seen any bottles yet but I know enough to pick up a bottle as soon as I do

 

There is still a bunch of 11-11-11 floating around San Diego County also. I have seen 2 stores with it in their fridges over the past few days.

 

It was released this week

 

And yes hopefully better than 11-11-11

 

Going in with the low expectations and hoping to be surprised.

 

Knowing Texas... we'll get this around 1-12-13.

But gawd, at least we're getting it! So far we've gotten 9-9-9 and 11-11-11.

10-10-10 didn't make it because of label issues (*gasp*they said "beer" on the label of a 4%ABV+ "ale"!). Luckily all that nonsense is now behind us due to Jester King's lawsuit. 10-10-10 was literally sitting at the distibutor here and they had to send it back.

 

i gots mine over at "stone liquor" in west covina calif. cool dudes knew ther stuff..great job stone liquor and thank you! crazy color an smell on this beer. here i go...

Banana pepper Tripel. Yep. A style never made before for a reason. Dreadful.

 

Don't know if I ever actually tried 11.11.11. I tend to shy away from anything pepper related. Anyway, I picked the 12.12.12 up today. Haven't cracked it yet though.
