    LOL fair. This is my mother's recipe, and it's a show-stopper. Stupid simple, too. And if you're (lactose) intolerant, take a ton of anti-gas pills, because it's chock full of cheese and butter. :grinning:

    And yes, it is indeed a broccoli casserole, topped with Ritz crackers. As I just took it out of the oven, I may as well enlighten some folks:

    Also also: of course, I'm a Heat fan. I'm more than willing to settle for a first round playoff victory followed by a second round playoff exit. I don't like our chances against the Bucs, Celts, or Raps - but that's still a successful season for an incredibly young team. :slight_smile:

    Been a few years since I had this genuine kölsch, and the first time having it out of a can. Had it shipped direct from the importer, B. United, so you’d think it would be about as fresh as possible for an import. But the date code is L19270, so I’m hoping it’s July of this year. The only way that could be possible though is if this is one of the beers B. United imports in tanks and then cans here, like some of the Aecht Schlenkerla beers.

    Black Horizon released their Black is Beautiful collab today, a rye and oat stout. I look forward to it. First, the raspberry, vanilla, cheesecake variant. If it is any indication of the base I will be very happy.
    Tart raspberry is met with subtle sweetness and a smooth rounded feel. It doesn't take much to imagine cheesecake with a raspberry coulis and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

    100% artisanal and familiar.
    Only flowering hops are used for all beers.

    Bibibir (Abruzzo, ITALIA) - DDH SESSION IPA - 4%
    Clear, clean, transparent.
    Smell of ripe fruit and trapped fruit (pineapple).
    Very light body, on the palate tropical fruit (pineapple, papaya) and hints of citrus, before the bitter and dry finish.
    For my taste a slightly less evanescent bitter is preferable, but for the style and the season for which it is intended for consumption it is a considerable product.
