Now, I know I keep harping on about how lucky I am, and how many of my most wanted beers I get to try. But this, BA, is the cream of the crop, my most wanted beer ever, and it’s finally in my glass.     Beautiful day in SWFL. Hot and Sunny (88°) yes, but a cool breeze and lower humidity. I can smell my neighbors’ grilling/smoking efforts, and it feels/smells like...fall!, or at least what we have here this time of year. A tasty pils in my glass - Angry Chair’s “Vodnik”:

    A little grill clean-up, and I’ll start the light marinade for the steaks. Mrs. Z told me Im crazy, but darn it, I’m grilling on Labor Day - Cheers!

    Having dinner at my friends house now. Just got soy marinated hot dogs off the grill. Also brats, and Italian chicken breasts. His mom made these deep fried cheese/zucchini fritters which were bomb as fuck too. Valentina hot sauce on all the meat :ok_hand:

    25oz crowler of Covert Artisan Ales Wake Me Up Before You Mango Pastry Sour with mango, vanilla, coconut, banana, marshmallow and white chocolate, 6.9% ABV. Pours pale cloudy orange with a one-finger white head that left no lacing. Nose is sweet, mango, banana, vanilla/marshmallow, and white chocolate. Taste is mango up front then a mashup of coconut, banana, and white chocolate, moderate sweetness, light tartness. Excellent mouthfeel if a bit light on carbonation, overall outstanding.

    Radio The Mothership, a double dry hopped DIPA from Collective Arts. 8.5% ABV and made with Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops. Difficult to obtain at the retail level in my city, so I usually pick a few up as part of a direct from brewery order. Cheers.
