    look: 4.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.25

    Capped bottle poured into an ipa glass

    Three finger white creamy fluffy foam crown , very good retention , settles to a solid layer after five minutes with some lacings over a clear golden liquid with active carbonation. From my youth, It is the protypical definition of how a beer should like.

    Aroma is sweet fresh cut grass , straw

    Taste is initially grassy but then the spicy hops take over, slightly peppery over malts

    Medium sudsing, Clean and crisp , gentle hop bite that lingers on the sides of the tongue, the hop nibble comes at the end

    Very good beer

    Good chop on the bay on this mornings sunrise

    I never thought that beer was as drastic fresh as Expedition, which needs age in my opinion, but they do cellar really well.

    Blech.Brut (Germany) - Tile 692.

    This is not named "Tile 692" for nothing, after the experimental HBC 692 hop variety that lends a distinct sage note to this, while only being one tile in the mosaic of flavours here, with Galaxy bringing passion fruit, BRU-1 pineapple, El Dorado peach and Citra grapefruit to the table.

    Mikkeller is the only shop that gets stuff exclusively, I think. I didn’t see Grimm and 3 Floyds anywhere else.
