Riverlands (2020)

Just in the interest of accuracy, where do you see $18.00 flat? I just went to their site and it adds tax to it.

 

I’m starting to get into them. I wasn’t thrilled with their pale ale or IPA but I’ve gone through several growlers of their helles. Excited to see what the future holds for them. Super convenient too being across the street from Beer Cellar.

 

Have you been or picked up at the brewery? Guess not.

 

Just want to make sure this point is clear that we include all taxes in our prices. So Crossed Paws is 18 bucks out the door, not 18 plus taxes. You'll probably see this for 15.99 on store shelves. Ill check, but our online shop should not be adding tax as it's already included in the price.

 

Your online shop is not adding taxes so no need to worry on that front. If they actually went through the checkout without purchasing then they would see the taxes are cut out before they would confirm their purchase.

 

Maybe one point of confusion is that while email receipts show the taxes, it is *not* added on. Personally I think it’s helpful to see how much the taxes are. See below:

Is Orbital on tap this week or upcoming weekend? I didn't see it on the menu but saw a few people checking it in.

 

We had it on tap over the weekend, but it's gone now. We do still have bottles available

 

Cousin and his girl picked up a bottle of Orbital per my request to go grab me one...They apparently think it's top notch with a "5" and "4.75" via Untappd. Can't vouch for their state of minds when providing said review. Still, got roped in myself and we'll see. Enjoyed Three Chocolatiers as my entry stout to Riverlands fwiw.

 

I had Doodle Face tonight. That was a really tasty beer - these guys can really do some nice stuff. I don’t think I’ve loved everything I’ve had from them but they can really hit the mark sometimes.

 

I felt exactly the same way about the Crossed Paws I had last night. Nearly on par with HB and a step above Phase 3 hazies (other than a few in the Creme series) in my view.

 

Crickets about barrel aged stout release this weekend?
