Definitely excited for this. Ordered a couple 4-packs. With S&S 5 this is a hell of a week to go.

I missed out on Susan last week so I HAD to go this week to get Everett.

    I love Everett so much.

I also love the Everett porter.

What is the tax rate at Hill? It seems different for different items.

Always thought it was 6% sale tax.

It is 6%. I forgot about the nickel deposit on bottles and cans. That is why I kept coming up with wrong numbers.

    Thank You.

Am I missing something or is this really $21+ per 12+oz beer (plus tip?)

Sounds like $40/pp for a pour of poetica and Flora Rasp or Peach/Gooseberry depending on the day.

That's not too far off from regular taproom prices. Poetica is $8 and if I recall correctly, fruited Flora bottles are usually $26-30.

That's a full bottle price though.

I'm assuming each guest gets a full pour (their own bottle) since that would make 2 full beers (aka the HF 2 drink limit).

Ah for some reason thought it was bottle pours. Carry on.

I get it, baby steps. I probably won’t check it out until the options open up a bit though.

It's not like they don't have TONS of outdoor space there, could just have take out windows, or reservations for barrels with masked staff. Some folks up there are still REALLY freaked out about opening back up but also they will be the first ones to tell you "we listen to the scientists" so you would think they would be ok with mask usage/distancing/etc.
