They make a pretty killer extra in my book as well. Especially to those not familiar with sp, white label is the perfect starting point (and blue if you include le ruche )

 

They must have heard @Sabtos banging his head, maybe making up for that one bad visit you had

 

Would be amazing to be able to grab a pizza and bring it across the street to the brewery once the world returns to normal again.

 

They never allowed food into the brewery before. I doubt that changes. I can’t see the staff wanting to deal with the potential mess.

 

True, true. Makes sense. I can dream, though!

 

I wonder if this food venture is to address people bringing food to the cellar/brewery or getting drunk as a skunk at the cellar/brewery and then asking for nearby food options. Last I was at the cellar I remember Rachel handing out a list with all the nearby restaurants.

Soon you can drink at a Side Project establishment, take a walk and then drink more while you eat at a Side Project establishment, and then go back and drink more at a Side Project establishment. Nothing wrong with that!

I've also listened to staff tell folks its because they want nothing, including the smell from food, interfering with the experience of drinking the beer.
