12 String is selling everything and I believe they already have a buyer. Not sure if it’s local or not.

I wonder if its possible to contract in food. Have someone make food elsewhere and have it delivered to the brewery? LIke all at once at the start of the nights. sandwiches , chilli etc?

Contracted food is not allowed unfortunately. You can purchase pre packaged food for resale but they have to be prepared in a commercial kitchen and packaged for resale purposes.

Looks like Golden Handle Project will be moving into the former downtown Steady Flow. Saw a notice posted by the LCB. I'm guessing they won't be brewing there, but merely using the space as a tap room. Seems too tiny for brewing.

Subject to change, the car is packed for the trek to Missoula tomorrow which means lunch or dinner in Spokane.

Will be bringing all of my freshies that I don't consume tonight so I probably won't add anything other than FH stuff from Spokane.

Will probably spend the night in Spokane on the way back after the election unless the project ends sooner due to the pandemic.

Montana and Oregon both had record high new cases Thursday and Friday so I'm hedging on the plug being pulled on this before week's end if not Monday morning on my first day.

Got any specific destination in mind in Spokane?

Having lunch at Bennidito's pizza. Guy said they have a hazy and a Citra IPA. The citra is also hazy.

    Oh well.

I had their Citraburst on Friday. I wasn't expecting it to be a hazy, either. Were you at the brewpub on east Sprague or the original Bennidito's on the South Hill?

The one near 14th and Lincoln. I just picked something close to I-90.

Well I'm in Missoula now. I guess have to go to another forum.

You can talk about north Idaho and western Montana in this one. The other forum is too busy talking about Colorado beers.

Never mind. I got a clue and followed the link in your post...(I did have to go without coffee this a.m )
Haven't had either of these beers (it's been a couple weeks since I've been to LB). I'm probably going to drink too much beer with my buddy, Mark, anyway, so, I may be hitting those beers this afternoon.

Yep. Actually on my way to check them out, as I haven't had either, to my knowledge.

I'm surprised one is a fresh hop. You would think they would keep all of it for the local demand.

Me too. Incidentally, drinking the Fresh Dreams now.

I generally prefer west coast IPAs, but, hey, fresh Mosaics are fresh Mosaics, hazy or clear.

In other Spokane beer news, Project Craft's Death By Key Lime is quite tasty.

All intensely tart citrus up front, but a charming Graham crackery flavor in the back half.

In my travels yesterday, I discovered Perry St. and Whistle Punk both have fh beers on as well. Unfortunately, I'm vague on details as I'd accumulated a lot of beer mileage by then. PSB's was a hazy, WP's was not.

Heading off to a fresh hop takeover at Hidden Mother. Hopefully not too crowded there, as the fall rain arrived today and there isn't much outdoor space there even in good weather.
The lineup, texted to me by my friend Mark:
