Hailstorm Key Lime Cheesecake Sour

 

Phase Three Mindspark DIPA (100% Mosaic pellets and cryo). Shame on me for not having this fresher, as Mosaic is way up there for me and P3 has pretty much dialed everything in. However, even after 1.5 months, this is drinking really well. Naturally, I’ll compare this to Hop Butcher’s Lord Octopus which is also 100% Mosaic pellet and cryo, and this one stands up to it. This one actually has way more blueberry character, almost like blueberry syrup or candy. Weed dankness, lemon, ruby red grapefruit, rose water, bright floral, ripe pineapple, clementine, guava, orange pith, light pine.

Still amazing after 6 years. Lots of barrel booze, chocolate, and the spicy peppers have backed off...Delish! Cheers from Summerville SC!

A Wee Heavy seemed appropriate. This one from CH Evans, who honored a past away fan with this wish.
Really rich malt expression, barrel touch and something Greg would appreciate I am sure.
