If “craftsmanship” didn’t make it clear, surely unwavering artistic vision did? If not then internet night school for you

You'll have to excuse me, I've read their instagram and it has made me lose faith in mankind and one's ability to be sarcastic as plenty people actually believe they make the best "berliners" in the world. I don't see them mentioned much on BA, so my only perspective is from IG. Not surprised that the folks here wouldn't respect that brewery, yet another reason why I still enjoy this site.

I despise that brewery with the fury of a thousand suns.

You’re in safe space here. Sit my friend, and have a beer.

Does anyone know what the best thing to do is if I’ve placed multiple orders for pickup?

When you drive up just let them know you have more than 1 order and you're fine. If you ordered them for separate days I'd email ahead to consolidate, otherwise you don't need to do anything.

No, the fact that they knew the whole time but didn't disclose when they made the calculation was the controversy. But honestly, how many breweries are accurately calculating the ABV of their beer after fruiting it so heavily like 450 does? How many are even equipped to?

The only reason it blew up at 450 is because a consumer actually went through the trouble of trying to get the ABV themselves and posted the analysis. No doubt in my mind if you did this with dozens of other breweries, including those that have been doing this Berliner madness for longer and with more visibility, you'd get the same results.

Anyone expecting a "10%" Berliner to taste good, even with that much added fruit, is fooling themselves. But putting Berliner on a pedestal of purity in and of itself is silly--the beer is a prime style for having additions made to it, and its been done that way in the old world since its inception. Just because the volume of addition is (apparently) greater now than in centuries past doesn't make it any different. In fact, you gotta admit its pretty commendable that they've found a way to get neckbeards their vitamins.

Not everyone can be the thoughtful, philosophically centered libation farmstead. Do farms in cornfields have more fun? Incoming IG story: SLUSHY share on the Hill!

Does anyone know why they changed the etching on the stemmed glassware? I unfortunately broke my original etched glass and ordered a new pair last week. The new ones still look great but I loved that alternating brushed/clean etch.

$24 /4 pack. Anyone else in the Northeast that has broken the cealing on $22?

Not sure. The ones on the site now are what they used for FoFA last year. I have both, prefer the other one. Always felt like the brushed one was going to “flake” off when I cleaned it. Very delicate glasses though. I don’t use either often.

Huh. Quick check of the OH website shows 22$ max. (Of course I'm referring to hoppy beers) and Trillium hasn't gone over 22 even on TIPAs..Others? Pretty sure Tired Hands but pricing on beer is a somewhat regional thing.

So, just because there isn’t a beer over $22 currently listed for sale on their website means they haven’t hit a higher number on other beers/releases that aren’t’ listed? Huh.

Given @RauchbierFan33 familiarity with OH, I’d be willing to bet he’d know if they hit that price before.

There are plenty... just about any brewery in a major city that has had hype is going to be at that figure, right? OH definitely has. Evil Twin? Mikkeller? I'd be very surprised if Trillium hasn't sold a $24 IPA fourpack, too.

Just bought some in ME last week. They’re pretty good but definitely wouldn’t be a repeat purchase at $24.
