    Today at noon, we will sell, Dream Lab, a collaboration with @otherhalfnyc (10.0 % ABV TIPA) at $22 per 4-pk, no limit. We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, and Virginia.

    Think if Dream Wave Fluctuation and Straight Outta the Laboratory had a baby with no lactose. We ended up taking EQ’s SOTL grain bill, modified an aggressive Other Half hopbill of Galaxy and Citra, and ran it through the SOTL process to bring out the EQ juice. This is how dreams are made.
    Dream Lab pours a glowing opaque tangerine color releasing aromas of passion fruit, lime, peach, and pineapple all integrated with a bright citrus backdrop. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor and a touch of minerality loaded with a big juicy profile. Its escalating brightness is buoyed by a soft velvety mouth feel making it extremely well balanced and drinkable. Best batch yet? It’s been said but we will let you be the judge of this lab experiment.

    Forgive me if it's already been mentioned, but I'd like to formally welcome back @rozzom. No, not from the burbs. The only place that's worse: the dead. It's a cause for celebration in a year that sorely needs it.

    I know there wasn't much to separate him from that other guy, but I never quite got used to the "North Dakotan" and prefer this version.

    Besides, one of them is plenty.:slight_smile:

    @Sheppard for BA of the year.

    And to provide cover for my shitposting, Galaxy+Strata doesn't seem to be making the turn that Citra+Galaxy did. It's still good though. The Galaxy creeps in with more of that earthiness that @stairway2heavn described.

    Have had 2 cans of the Fully Loaded Baked Potato and can safely say that that beers sucks. All alcohol. Little flavor. I’m consistently underwhelmed with OH in this last year. Citra Strata was the last great bear they made. Yet I still keep buying hoping for a return to form.
