    Bornem. A 'Tripel' or 'Triple' from Belgium. The label is owned by Van Steenbergen Breweries, the same that brings us Piraat an Gulden Draak.
    Nice tripel of-course. In Belgium there is absolutely no place for bad or so so triples.

    I think Spike Brewery would be a pretty big deal if they were American, very solid brewery from Gothenburg.

    No beer, but awesome stuff still. I did a tour at their distillery some years ago.
    They also produce a blended scotch that only is available in (the bar of) The House of Lords and the distillery shop. Edradour casks stenghts are worth a try too when you see them.

    That's super cool. If I ever make it to Speyside, Edradour and Glenfarclas are Nos. 1A and 1B on my distillery tour wishlist. I bet that blended Scotch was good. Was the distillery relatively small? I think I've heard they're very small and old fashioned.

    Thanks for the tip on their cask strength stuff! One of my bottle shops has cask strength and single cask bottles of Edradour with my names on them. :wink:

    Just completed my mail-in ballot (I'll drop it off at a secure drop box) and have never felt so appalled at the lack of quality candidates (with any chance of winning) at the national level. It's worse than the last national election where (for the first time in my life) I didn't vote for any presidential candidate. But that's as far as I'll go with any further political opinions.

    I need a strong beer and a healthy shot...
