You will get highest trade value from St.Louis folks who feel the need to tick every SP beer. In StL CDC3 is around 1-1.5VRU, so it may take posting your offer a couple times to get the right set of eyes. IMO you could get Assassin maybe even with a plus, but just depends on who is looking for CDC3. Keep in mind you are almost always trading up when trading saison for stouts. I think you would have better luck in StL Craft Burrito getting your ISO.

Speaking of ADWTD, I missed a few shares where 2017 DO version was popped and I find myself mildly regretting it. I'm curious if its value is continuing to increase the further the months/years progress, or if it's remained fairly stable.

Not sure if the new Zennes are 1:1 or 2:1, or this year's BL stasis bottles might be 3:1 or 5:1 or worse, since they've opened up proxying and may be more accessible, but that's the kind of stuff I'd be looking to trade. Doubting Wendigo will move the needle since it's also Anchorage. Haven't seen a lot move so clearly it's becoming less available, and I understand I've got an uphill climb.

Perzik blend 24 & 26 are a little under 1 Rare 15 unit. Perzik blend 25 is considerably higher, maybe 1.5 Rare 15. I rarely see the set for trade unless the trader is from Europe.

Agree with @Sabtos 2017 ADWTD DO seems to be going up in value or there are just less of them for trade. From what I have heard 2020 was not on the same level as 2017.

Not trying to be snarky here... How much more specific can I be? I am asking anyone who reads my post to offer what they have traded to get a bottle.

No worries I wasn't trying to be snarky either. You could be much more specific by saying if you are ISO or FT and what beer your trying to use to either acquire the beer or the beer you hope to acquire. The first post in this thread pretty much explains what I was getting at.

Where is Starry Noche trading at relative to BBT b4? Plus on either side? Maybe its still a bit early on the BBT....

Saw a trade of Starry+PBC for BBT4 close, but BBT has dropped a tad since then. I wouldn't be surprised if you can get it 1:1 when everyone picks their bottles up. You may need to add a plus of some kind in the 50-100 range at this juncture.

Can someone explain why Starry Noche blew up so massively compared to all the other Noches and Achromatics and so on? Seems so arbitrary to me.

I can't, but I'm chiming in to say I hope because I hope it's just a really spectacular beer. A bottle blowing up in trade value purely on merit in 2020 would be pretty sick.

Thank you for this.....think I'll wait a tad to see where BBT ends up. Ive noticed with a lot of beers the initial excitement drives up the value before it levels out a bit.
I think it may be because its considered as good or better than a few other high value beers that have the same adjunct treatment (coconut and hazelnut). So I think it is based on its quality.....wait did I just say a beers quality has something to do with trade value? Huh, 2020 is weird.

Any idea what term oil s’mores goes for? Don’t see many recent competed trades

They sometimes allow proxies but didn't on that one. Not sure how limited it was but it really shot up once people started actually drinking it

I have seen slightly above a Rare '15. Probably pretty close to a Blanton's.

They did allow proxies - it was for their anniversary. That is how I got my bottle. They were allowing you to purchase a second bottle of any of their anniversary stouts except starry. So, there was definitely less bottles than the others.

It was an excellent pastry stout, but thought hypermash hydra was right up there with it. Granted, the adjucts were different.

    Would a BBT b4 go 1:1 with Tete b1?
