    Yes, Beergium. Should have picked the sour too. But later that was gone. Saw it in the Copenhagen webshop too.
    Uiltje is getting rather awesome when it comes to real fresh ipa's.

    Winding down my day, trying something new courtesy of @vabeerguy (Thanks Mike!) - Triple Crossing’s “Nelson Triangles” a 6% IPA hopped only with Nelson Sauvin (my favorite hop!) - let’s go!:

    Canned 10/15/20. Cloudy milky gold with a thin white head; minimal cap retention; solid ring, sudsy lacing. Nose is skunky garlic, cat pissy, onion; strong and obnoxiously long lasting odor. Taste follows - onion, garlic, overripe green melon and semi-sweet tropical fruit...not sure I can finish the pint...Body is medium full; moderate carbonation; thankfully no hop burn. Overall, the nose is so overpowering that the taste had no chance...another poster child for #not for me.

    A brief aside...I’m just a simple IPA drinker, but I know what I like and I love the Nelson Sauvin hop varieties I’ve had in IPAs! I spent 6 weeks in New Zealand drinking local IPA and meeting brewers a few years ago, and never did any of the beers there smell or taste like what I’ve been drinking the last couple of years here...maybe it’s me?...

    Winter is upon us after hitting 70 last week. The front of my house looked like a Currier and Ives painting.
