I think I saw most at 5-8 (maybe a 9 for hdhc triple broccoli special reserve, a beer with one of the worst name ever) on the board earlier for singles. $9 on the HDHC would be a 50% markup. Feel however you will about that. I think this is comparable to what OH Rockefeller Center was charging?

I'm drinking Double Space Gems by OH DC and it's a totally different feel for them. It's really soft and kind of creamy with a bit of grass and some grapefruit. I think this is more akin to how people describe NEIPA and I'm glad OH is finally doing an ipa like this. It tastes a little green but is an awesome change of pace. Not enough melon tho, 0/5.

Drank some OH for the first time since the Green City pack left me underwhelmed. Stay more elevated- meh. I can find better stuff on the shelves at my local liquor store. More Strata- better, but still not worth the toll for crossing into NY. The best part of the run was the Finback cans I picked up. OH has really taken a nose dive this last year imho.

Agree with @DrederickTatum on Stay Elevated...for a FLX beer it's pretty basic. I held off on reporting back after my first can but having my second one tonight it's still just alright. Not much Citra there, maybe a little Strata berry in the middle and the finish?

At least there's no melon! Which I like, but like, not in all of my beers.

My second can of this (I only got 2) and this is a wow. Creamy and citrusy with absolutely no sign of 10%.

I think I have this right... BK - Black, FLX - Blue, DC - Green
Cracked my last Space Lab last night, which I honestly forgot I had, and all I could taste was melon.

This is my understanding too. And the case I ordered for shipping a couple weeks ago had beers from all three locations, and had the above colour-coding*. Only minor spanner to throw in the works is that I ordered from Threes on Saturday and my order included a couple of OH 4 packs. Green Only (canned late Oct) had black tabs. Broccoli (canned Nov) had silver tabs. So either they have some OG cans to get through the system or maybe beers earmarked for their covid-era demi-distro have silver?

*another unique aspect to DC cans is they seem shittier and half the ones I had, the tab broke off when trying to open.

It was picked up direct from BK but it was sold originally in DC.

Just noticed that the tab colors match the Instagram account colors. So when they do start canning at Domino Park there'll be pink tabs!

Can't wait for those super low batch can drops :/ What is it, like a 5 barrel system or something so 30-50 cases depending on how much bullshit they throw in to absorb the actual beer? Or does it not matter because it will all be hard seltzer?

Sixtels on the curbside site. Time to get those hand trucks and kegerators. (I know zero about draught systems so if I got that wrong have at it).

New member who has just caught up with this thread. Have fond memories of OH from several years ago and have been buying a fair amount of their beer this year to try to support locals. There are a LOT of choices, but I simply can’t keep up. I think the bulk of the beers have been fine lately, but not stellar like I’m used to.

I kind of fell into the “OMG, I need this one and this one, and this one” as they keep pumping out new DIPAs. The undrinkable G is for Green and a couple other disappointments has me rethinking my beer spending budget.

I’ve started ordering more from Threes and Folksbier lately. Still local, but they seem more consistent.

Today, I just picked up the Unintentional Fallacy from Threes and this is a banger for sure. Grabbed some Dare to Know as well, and it’s also killer.

I’m certainly not done with OH, but I will probably be a bit choosier with my purchases. I don’t need every new release.

In b4 "Finback is good now too!"

But seriously, I think you hit the nail on the head as per struggling to keep up with everything and there being other great options. It's fun and exciting to keep up initially but then becomes daunting and occasionally disappointing. With that said, I don't ever want to go back to 1-2 beers every other week! I suspect we all have our own rules of sorts. Mine are: ABV must pretty much be 8% or 8.5% (or it must be Go With The Flow), no lactose, no fruit, not predominantly mosaic.

Dare to Know is the beer of the year for me and I'm glad to hear Unintentional Fallacy is great, that's definitely on my list to get!
