    Ha, yeah it took me a little convincing from friends to get into Irish Coffee, and I can only drink it when done really well. With real cream and spices, whatnot.

    Yep, I'm rereading The Left Hand of Darkness. Its just stunning. I'm revisiting some of her novels over the long weekend and have one I have never read before. Lavinia, which was published in 2008. I love everything I have read from her, but am not that well versed in her later novels. Looking forward to it.

    I'm also collecting interesting early editions of her Earthseas novels. For me to reread, and eventually as gifts to my Niece when she is old enough to enjoy them (I hope she enjoys reading anyway). I have a great early illustrated edition of The Tombs of Atuan, and am trying to find a reasonable early one of Wizard of Earthsea and The Farthest Shore.

    And back in my cozy courtyard with Orval and the wonderful Ursula K. LeGuin. As mentioned above The Left hand of Darkness is just stunning. One of the best sci-fi novels I have ever read and am enjoying it again.

    Drinking an Imperial Salted Caramel Stout with Coffee from Boundary Brewing (Northern Ireland). Liked it so much that I immediately ordered another 10 for the holidays. A truly fantastic stout.
