I got a pretty serious eye roll and a “where are you putting that?” when my latest Suarez case arrived two days before Thanksgiving when our fridge was already full. Was able to squeeze some in the crisper drawer and some in the wine fridge.

    Did someone say... YORE?!!?

I echo what @frozyn has said here and also I saw the OP mentioned Folksbier and I have enjoyed the various offerings I had had. I loaded up on Ecotone right before the original lockdown and that was a great move.

Ecotone was fantastic. I only got 2 cans of it. Wasn’t that a collab of some sort?

RE - Interboro and Finback - I really did enjoy their collaboration Helles "Two Crispy Buoys" over the summer.

Yes, it was with Fox Farm. I grabbed 2 4-packs of that and some other stuff right before the city locked down, good timing by me.

That's not my style. I could just look in the mirror and tar myself with far worse instead. I must be bad at the art of implicitness. (and I feel like an overwhelming majority of what I put in my post was the kind of stuff you'd see expressed by most others here)
I'm more lamb than lion. Just looking for some actual dialogue and my post seemed to work.
Not since I stopped commuting to work. That stuff doesn't really show up much around here.
Thank you, please do. Regarding Suarez, the shipping certainly makes them more available, but I wouldn't put that on the level of dropping in a store and leaving with a 4 pack of your choice.

They often get overlooked, in part on format pricing but mostly on proximity. Nonetheless, if making “trips to Suarez,” and quality > cost, then put them into consideration –

Maybe I'm just on the right side of the Hudson even though it's another state. Still, sometimes the Landscape beers can take a 20 minute trip, but that's pretty doable all things considered.

I'm just wondering- aren't they carried by Remarkable Liquids? Can that be the obstacle, and is Long Island even in their territory?

Michael, according to the Remarkable Liquids website they do distribute some beers to Long Island (Nassau County) but not specifically Industrial Arts beers:

Nassau county gets plenty of Industrial Arts pale ales. The Landscape series beers don't show up for the most part. I used to buy those in Westchester.

I was at a store today and saw an Interboro pilsner (the Burial collab) and I swear I was tempted to try a single. I thought of my post and realized that I'd have to slap myself if I grabbed it. I bet my harsh words saved me from spending $6 (!) on something I wouldn't have liked. Perhaps this was a good thing. I don't know how much Pils City cost by you, but $18 four packs do not sound like a good fit for your description above. Cheers man.

If it's any consolation that's where we were about a year ago, and I'd have to cross into NY for most specialty releases. Now we seem to get everything. Give it time .

SPOILER ALERT: I will be discussing an Industrial Alert Landscape beer tomorrow in NBW.

    Cheers!

"Give it time" - Chief has been quoted to "every gas station in the Hudson Valley," and presumably beyond. IA has been fairly diligent with ratio thus far (e.g. quantity to quality), and measure is fairly notable considering the scale conundrum

Got a recent threes haul that was distributed to my shop here in Virginia. The hoppy beers (here ya go, I hate myself, and chronic myopia) which were all fantastic were brewed up at singlecut north.

The lager (courage my love - also fantastic) was brewed up at industrial arts.

Got me wondering about a few things:
    1. Does threes brew anything on site? And if so do you know what? Any difference in the house brews vs outsourced brews?

    2. Probably no coincidence Industrial arts metric and threes vliet and rotational lagers are my favs.

    3. A sign I need to revisit singlecut hops? This was some quality haze coming out of their facility. Definitely above average and leaned towards my preference. Not muddled, Expressive, fruity, soft, and clean. Each was unique and enjoyable in its own way.

The SC/Threes rustic lager that just dropped is absolutely fantastic.

Also, yes, you do. One of the best hop producers in NY state and they truly do have a good amount of variance in how they approach the style.

Im just waiting for an excuse to get that beer via delivery. They teased a Schilling collaboration today so that will probably be my cue.

I think someone mentioned it earlier, but I wanna give a little more love to Evil Twin. While they are known for sours, just about every Lager I've had was incredibly crushable and tasty. They do the American Oak Foudre conditioning well for their Greenhouse line. Not a lager, but their latest pilsner was the best I've ever had.

Maybe I’m reading this wrong, but did you say their latest Pilsner was not a lager??
