I can imagine a nice pale Bock would go well with that as a nightcap. Prost!

Wow- looks like you got something really special there. Enjoy every crumb! Hopefully we start seeing these over here in the not too distant future.

Moving on now to Chimay Blue. This is the beer that really got me hooked into craft beer. Haven't had one in a while, and forgot exactly how good it is...

Relaxing with a Hofbrau Dunkel. Refreshing and super drinkable. Feel like I could pound these all night. Cheers!

I'm having a local pale ale from Tin Roof. I've only had it on tap, but they started canning it recently. It's quite tasty.

Currently watching: Superbad. My previous movie kept skipping around, so I had to quit watching it.

This is quite possibly the best saison I've ever had. Neck and neck with CD#5.

About to watch Dark Night Rises for the first time with the lady. Cheers!!

Thank you very kindly! I hope we can, and really it all depends on who is willing to bring the product in. Since B. United does, you really have a great connection there. The other issue which I find important is the revival of interest in Italian culture, and respectfully not the Italian American one. For instance, Philadelphia has the old school italian people who still speak Italian and go back to visit often, and I know they know of this panettone. But Italian Americans may not know as much because the interest was lost, but in recent years there is a revival. In the famous 9th street Market in Philadelphia, there is many a great store with great products. Di Bruno Bros comes to mind for some of the best.

Sorry for the long reply but I felt you would be interested in a certain point of view! :grinning:

After Ayinger's, I'd go for the Hoffbrau as the next best Dunkel available in my area- especially if I intend to pound them all night. Pretty underappreciated beer- though you do have to get them from a sealed case due to the green bottles.

Had an awesome #10 testerday and today this #8 gem. I feel i must drink copious amounts of both side by side before i can pick the better brew.

And i must also mention the 2nd Saison Rue overcarbed bottle in the last few weeks, I only lost a few ounces before i poured it off. Good stuff just a bit bubbly.

    Cheers!

Now enjoying a Racer X. Good stuff.

I am also fighting off a bit of a cold, but I figure alcohol helps kills germs. Cheers!
