Picked up a 12 pack of Pseudo Sue today at total wine, canned 12/4. Nice to see the packaging format come full circle. I remember driving to Hudson to buy 12 packs of bottles before they distributed to Minnesota 4-5 years ago.

For what it's worth, not in the cities - Westside Liquor Sartell got Central Waters Brewing Fat Elvis in stock today. I got the first 6 pack, and if I remember correctly, it was $15.99.
They also got stuff from Oliphant, Brewing Projekt, and O'so.

Lots of goodies at Ale Jail today. BA Darkness variants, the new Fair State barleywine, a bunch of different Other Half IPAs, a couple Weldwerks IPAs. Predictably, I spent too much.

Has anyone seen any of the new Other Half drop in the north or the east Metro? What are the dates and prices on this drop?

Odd Side Rye Hipster Brunch at Heritage in St. Paul today. Sipping one now. Not as insanely good as the first bottle I had years ago, but still excellent. Odd Side has never been noted for its consistency.

How available are the Darkness variants? I usually try to trade for darkness every year and I’ve been able to land most variants the past 2 years. Just curious if I need to be offering “rare” or if $4$ is gonna be an option. Cheers.

That beer we used to frequently travel to Hudson for (and follow the delivery guys on Twitter: Murph, Chad) is nothing compared to what it is now. I saw someone buy it at Total Wine today and what thinking "wow, that is terrible" to myself. Used to love that beer too.

Went to Zipps after work and they were sold out of all but one can of one variant (mole). I then went to 1010 on Washington and grabbed another (one can limit) this time Vanilla and was told they only received 4 cans of each variant. Then went to Total Wine in Maple Grove and was told they only had a couple cans left including 1 coffee which I quickly grabbed. Not alot it seems.

My local store here in NoDak got a bunch and with no limits. Priced at MSRP $11.99. I think you’d be able to find a taker for $4$. But of course, YMMV

Went to my local this morning and they got 8 cases of darkness variants. I bought a couple of each at $11.99. I’m surprised to hear this is tougher to find than people thought.... happy hunting!

I found what I was looking for but it didn’t seem like there was a lot out there probably won’t be much left for tomorrow if any from what I saw

I think they’re pretty scarce - most places out in W Suburbs got around a case of each or less ... one spot I frequent only got 8 cans of each.

    So, I likely wouldn’t trade mine $4$ ...

$4$ is what I would trade for them.

Does anyone have any info on Darkness variants around Richfield/Bloomington? Or would someone be up for selling one to me? Trying to get it for my brother's Christmas gift!

Buying and selling isn't permitted on BA. Looks like you're a new user, so I imagine it's news to you.
As for the Darkness, you could check Cheers or Haskell's. I would think someone at those places would be able to tell you if they still had any if you called ahead. Otherwise Richfield liquor on Lyndale and 494 might have some. Seems like they get a good bit of Surly there.

Welcome to BA, hope you find the Christmas gift!

It's not Richfield or Bloomington, but the Lunds downtown got a good supply of the variants, as did North Loop Wine. More in your neighborhood, from what I recall, South Lyndale did okay as well.
