Anyone know when HB will distribute this week? Will be in town on Thursday and would love to nab a 4 pack of both DBO and the quad.

 

Mostly Thursday and Friday. A little bit goes out Wednesday.

 

There’s a few places you can pre order on Wednesday night and pick up on Thursday as well. At least in the southwest Burbs.

since online ordering became a thing TOB has been Thursday morning except for the last BOM which went up Wednesday evening and Galaxy Bowl which was a Monday drop.

I had a double blazed orange tonight and really didn't care for it. I've had good milkshake IPA's that get the balance right and still feel like you're drinking a beer instead of some weird fruit smoothie thing, but this isn't one of those beers. Unfortunate because I've enjoyed most of what I've had from HB.

 

Yeah, the blazed orange is too much for my palate so I skip out on the double blazed as well

 

It’s SO popular, and SO hyped. But I’ve enjoyed other shakes of theirs so much more. The Hidden Secret Cove was really good, and the cherry cyclone whatever.

 

Same. BOM is one of the few milkshake IPAs I actually enjoy (a couple cans per year is plenty for me though). I've always missed out on previous batches of Double, so was happy to finally get some this round. After my first can I realized that I don't need to go out of my way next time. Double isn't always a good thing.
