Prison City is the bomb. I worry about how they’ll handle the big scaling up. There’s only one way to find out...

Stopped by Foreign Objects in Monroe, NY today..still not open, but they have been hosting a pop up can/bottle sale of Other Half beers the last few Saturdays. Spoke to the man behind the table and he said they (Foreign Objects) were shooting for a February opening of their tap room. Looks like a nice, albeit small place.

Make that a January opening for Old Factory.

February opening under Foreign Objects brand or as Other Half's 5th location?

Was the Stillwater production spot in Brooklyn scrapped?

I would assume it's been scrapped. Brian Strumke from Stillwater was on the Steal this Beer podcast a few weeks back and it sounds like he's in Seattle and focusing on seltzer-like beverages.

Sidenote: I think you'd like the Steal this Beer podcast. Hosted by Augie Carton from Carton Brewing. Lots of good discussions. Many focused on breweries located in the mid-Atlantic.

Nope, I was right the first time (*shoots finger guns*), they're opening today. Hours are 11-8 Saturday and Sunday. Don't know if that's how they're gonna operate going forward or if that's just for opening.
