a brewery that gets little love but its a favorite of mine, Track 7, did their periodical release of Here Comes the Bloom, wc dipa 8.5%, Citra/Cascade/Amarillo/Mosaic. Drinking wonderfully, very clean, you get the pine & resin but also peach, perfume, and nectarine. This is one of the best WC IPA's I've had this year.

This might have something to do with them not getting much attention these days:

It kind of went away here locally in Sacramento for the most part. Track 7 lost some business from that, but they also lost business as the market expanded and other new breweries got hotter. They are part of the old guard from 10 years ago, but they expanded and are now in grocery stores. So I am sure they are doing ok. T7 also opened a 3rd location in East Sac with food.

They do still make some sours that get local hype for can releases. "Oh, Yeah" series especially.

The couple (Scott's) that filed the wrongful termination from Track 7 ended up taking over Oak Park Brewing in Sacramento( a few miles from OG Track 7). So you can connect the dots there, I guess. They made OPB better for sure. https://opbrewco.com/ But they are far smaller then T7.

Picked up a new one from Burgeon called "in Escondido" which is a very good beer.

The original Oak Park brewing got shut down, completely, for their own reasons.

Not sure what that (pest infestation, original OPB closing) has to do with The topic above. The Scott's became the owners of OPB after they left Track 7. @unlikelyspiderperson asked about what happened with the T7 lawsuit and if there was any settlement. You might be able to guess/assume what happened....

Got a northeast box from friend.
Although both from the east coast technically, these flavors are all west coast.

i bought 2 new (at least to me) El Segundo IPA's; South Bay Bubble, excellent bitter and dry just how I like it; then On the Horizon, which to me, is not enjoyable. It has a similar taste another of their IPA's I bought a few months ago called Grand Hill. These 2 IPA's have an overly ripe/rotten apricot smell and taste. Is that an aspect of Denali hops? If yes, then I need to not buy anything with Denali. Same flavor I got from Booze Brothers Crow Jane IPA, which I could not finish 1 can.
