My order went in with 4 4-packs, so I guess $65 was right. I think it was a case minimum when they were doing more mixed cases, but they barely have mixed cases on there riight now - there used to be 12 of them each day.

It's been $65 minimum since at least October, it's just that it wasn't well known. Nothing like skirting the line of dishonesty.

Can someone give any fng reasoning why breweries hide this and why the fuck it’s even legal? Looking at you Toppling.

it’s nice to know when something is 8.5 vs 13%

Definitely something they should be consistent about. Some listings show the ABV but not all.

Alcohol laws are bizarre. For something so incredibly regulated, I find it mind-boggling that brewers can just get away with not posting nutrition facts or even ABV.

My fruit juice requires nutrition facts or it can't be sold, but the moment I put vodka in it, I can do whatever tf I want.

isn't it because of no distribution that there is the ability to not divulge everything?

Nope, ABV is not legally required on a beer label, but if you put it on there, it has to be correct within one percentage point of what is listed.

Also, you do not want craft brewers to be required to put nutritional facts on labels, the cost involved would be prohibitive for a lot of smaller breweries.

I was shocked discovering this a few years ago. And then discovering why: After prohibition the teetotalers didn't want ABV on any labels because they thought alcohol manufacturers would try to compete with each other for highest alcohol content. So ABV was not allowed by law.

Then years later Coors submitted labels with ABV on them and they were denied. Coors sued and the Supreme Court eventually decided that ABV could appear on labels.

The unwashed masses who cannot spell His name properly, shouldn't be allowed to order His beers.

Not sure what the ABV was on Persist. But it is awesome, don’t sleep on it. I let one warm to room temp and found it to be much more enjoyable than cold/chilled. The flavors really pop.

Somebody review Quadruple Shot for me so I can decide if it's worth the trip. And Persist. And maybe the Sweet Ride variants, if you're still conscious.
