Not bad but definitely a malt bomb - 3.47, rDev -9.2%.

 

I did not do it intentionally, but I just realized this is the perfect beer to pair with the new Netflix documentary that I am watching!

of all the Japanese lager I got, this one tasted the best but was also my least favorite if that makes sense. It doesn’t. But it goes well with these pizza I made. Made. 100% from scratch this big boy still got it.


philly people may know this. Santucci style. I made pizza there for a while. I remember pumping out hundreds of not a thousand on Halloween alone. Best pizza in the city. Does that make me the best pizza maker in Philly? I’ve been told. But you tell me


and a regular Sicilian. 2 pizzas. 2 different doughs Pro tip. That’s not all mozzarella. Tore it up before a pic. Can out pretty thin but kept that light airy crust without being size of a slice of cake. Before the pandemic I had a business plan for making pizza for a living. The money had to go elsewhere during lockdown. Maybe one day it’ll happen.

Have a good Saturday. Another 8 hour 3rd shift in the books. Ziprecruiter is working well. I got a good lead on a Engine Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer position in Brook Park. 45 minutes is pushing it, but I can make myself a morning person and go to work at 5. It's doable. It's at Ford so I will still be in automotive. It's at my old contract house, so they emailed me right away yesterday. If they don't give me the 75k I am not doing it though lol . Also got free dinner last night at work. Ironically I had a taste for hot dogs the evening before. They were overcooked but amazing.

I listened to the prog/tech death playlist tonight. I am almost at 1000 plays for 2021 already. Trying to get 20k this year. I found a new amazing band too. A few.

Another nice morning here in SWFL, sunny and 58°. It may get up into the 70s today. Regular dogs and kitchen stuff done, so it must be coffee time - KBS Espresso:



Bottled 10/21/20. Poured at 56°. Strong coffee nose. More bitter roast coffee than chocolate. Some bourbon on the backend.

I plan on taking it easy today and work some on my puzzle...maybe drink some beer and watch the game...we’ll see what happens after the boss gets out of bed... Cheers and have a safe Saturday y’all!
