Have a good Tuesday. Slept all evening and night and not eaten in over 24 hours. Me and Julia are at a diner in Wadsworth. I got a thirsty dog blood orange ipa. I go into work at 11pm tonight. She is leaving here around 1230pm.

Lupulin is a NEIPA from NY and New Hampshire, by “Sloop Brewing”. I’m genuinely curious to know if that beer or brewery ring a bell to our members from either state?

This is actually very good. Made with New Zealand and PNW hops...@TheIPAHunter you should look into it.

The gyro and mushroom Swiss burger were super clutch. We will come back when she moves in with me. The xmas ale was $2 on my check since it was out of season? Okay then. I am adequately full.

I'm having an El Gose from Avery. It's not a good looking beer by any stretch. There's not much of a smell and it feels flat. The good news is that the one thing they got right is the taste. It is full of lime and sea salt flavors. While it's tasty, I'm fine with just the one. No need for more.

Sapporo, premium beer. This Japanese lager is not bad at all. Would probably have tasted way better if I had not left it in the fridge for two months ... Makes a nice food pairing beer I believe.
Interesting can too. Somewhat shaped like a large glass and almost bullet proof. Hard to even push a dent in to it.
    Cheers all!

Next up is Permafrost IPA 6.0 from Saranac. Just for starters, if you like a dank IPA, then this one is for you. If you do not prefer a beer that smells/tastes like weed, just keep moving on. Weed is the dominant note in the nose and palate. there's orange in the nose and some orange/lemon in the taste. I like a dank beer, so I'm enjoying it. YMMV.

Saw the beer that "Beer-Panda" was having and it reminded me that I had a beer hiding on the back of the bottom shelf in the fridge. Thought I would enjoy it while watching the upcoming EPL game coming on soon.

    Hi Virtual Barmates.

Felt like a soup kind of day. Potatoes, radishes, broccoli stems, black pepper, chicken broth. Will add leftover turkey later so it doesn't overcook.

    I jumped on the bandwagon.

Nuggz.. it's ok....says best by pi day this year.

    In response to yesterday's WBAYDN:
    1. @champ103 - Loved your previous two music selections (Elvis Costello and Chicago's Very Own Jack DeJohnette). Jack isn't played enough on our local station. Dick Buckley played him a lot, really miss his Sunday afternoon show. Thanks also for the Evans/Bennett recommendations.
    2. @ZebulonXZogg - Drago is an excellent & underrated beer. Prompted me to pull out another excellent local RIS today.
    3. @Blogjackets / @Thankin_Hank - Blog, love the hockey banter, TH, Nick Fotiu, the only Ranger I ever liked, is the True King of Staten Island.
    4. @VABA - I did review Maplewood's Cuppa Neapolitan this weekend, and really enjoyed it. I typically prefer a "clean" stout vs. a pastry, but everything was well incorporated and balanced, an excellent offering.
    5. @tasterschoice62 & @LarryV - Keep the great tunes coming please!
Still one of the best BA stouts from Chicago, Haymarket Brewery's Clare's Thirsty Ale.

Going to take a nap after this one, but not before cranking two SNL tunes from the True King of All Elvi, Declan Patrick MacManus.

@Shanex Sloop brewing is popular in my neck of the woods, typically on this
site you see Juice Bomb. It's good and pretty much available (pre-pandemic) on
draft everywhere, usually next to Industrial Arts Wrench or Fiddlehead IPA
