I'll take "things that will never happen" for $200, Alex.

I’m curious why you believe that or why they don’t do it already? The can dates isn’t secret info or something as thy the are on the packaging obviously. They also post most, if not all release dates on Facebook/Twitter and I’d assume in the good old days (like before March) if you asked an employee when ordering onsite they’d surely share the info.
Maybe I’m missing something but adding this basic info to the webpage doesn’t seem difficult, would benefit customers, and show them as being more transparent.

I think it would cause the "older" IPAs to sit around as there's a good chunk of customers that will buy the freshest beers possible. I know I for one would skip anything that was over a month old. The way they have it now removes that from the equation unless the customer wants to do some research on their own.

I agree with what you said.
While I’m a person who doesn’t trust most companies and know they operate in a “profits before people” mindset, I suppose that I’ve viewed Treehouse differently. Perhaps I’ve put them on an inaccurate pedestal in thinking they want both an informed customer and they they operated with a quality above other things mindset. Intentionally passing off older product, especially in the IPA and IIPA formats goes against how I’d felt/hoped they were operating. Maybe I was just being naive in my optimistic view of them.

The only thing that listing dates will accomplish is pushing away prospective buyers. Any business with common sense won't list this info since it's such a sensitive topic in the beer community. Best you can do is trust that TH won't sell you anything they believe to be too old. They've offered their opinion in the past on life expectancy (somewhere in the realm of 6-8 weeks, 6 months for Baby Bright) so you can safely assume you won't be getting anything older than that.

I'd stop trusting them blindly. Why does it state one case minimum on their site when in reality it's a $65 minimum?

my guess here is that the programming/back end to calculate “a case” might have been harder than just setting a minimum order of what “a case” might be at $65.

Split two new to me beers recently - Free To Roam and Lucky. Didn’t really analyze as it was a social setting so this may not be very helpful. The Helles was quiet nice; better clarity than expected and solid to-style characteristics. Lucky seemed to be more middle of the road; the aroma was promising but recall taste being lackluster and acidity distracting. As they say, YMMV.

You may be on to something. If I recall correctly the last Eureka cans I purchased, which are the cheapest beers I've ever purchased there, were $2.70 each. 2.70 x 24 = $64.80.

I heard Nate actually takes out any and all cans or bottles dubbed old and personally fires rounds at them and curses them out.

He snacks on the glass shards to fuel his brewing. That’s the secret

If you do not have anything nice to say sometimes it’s better to say nothing at all.

Tree House is making waaaay more beer than Fox Farm, I'd assume their batches are selling much quicker than some of Tree House's less popular beers

I'm guessing it has something to do with that symbol right in front of the 6.
