Yes, I have a plan. Remembered my leftover Adobe BBQ sauce from slow cooked pork which will be used to sauce the pork loin. And for the Bok choy found some frozen Chimichurri sauce to use as an accent. Whoohoo, simple dinner.

Opened a Luginitas Stereophonic, which I am not as nearly impressed with as I was with Lagunitas Sucks, but hey, still really good.

FWIW - I work with a lot of pharmacists and they're telling me that taking vitamin D is essential to boosting your immune system and supposedly helps to reduce the effects of a Covid-19 infection. I've been taking 2000 mg (2 tablets) a day. During the winter months we typically don't get enough vitamin D since we don't spend a lot of time in the sun. This has been a public service announcement, please resume normal activities ...
