With all this talk about chilies this evening I'll leave you with this ..

 

Power outage earlier nearly sent me into full panic mode as I get my O2 from an electric concentrator. Used a portable tank for awhile and about 1.5 hrs later power was restored. I need to look into more equipment. All is "normal" now.

Well, dinner plan worked out well, pulled the pork at 138 degrees so a bit pink and juicy.

Pork Loin with not too sweet adobo BBQ sauce and sautéed baby bok choy, all accented with chimichurri sauce. Stereohopic seems to go well with these garlicky flavors. Cheers!

Maybe keep an extra tank? I now they aren't cheap, but short of a robust UPS or portable generator ( usually Co2 issues or super long power cord runs) , that's all I got

 

Second and final beer of the night is Fire Skulls & Money from Toppling Goliath.



This beer combines galaxy, citra, mosaic, and nelson hops for a juicy taste and soft mouthfeel. Very good!

my favorite way to do cabbage is slice thin as possible strips. Equals parts onion. Same deal. Long as u can thin julienned. Sauté in butter on high. Get it to crisp brown on one side. Hit it with a lot of paprika and a scoop of sour cream and incorporate. Add a touch water if too thick. It’s the best.

My sister works from home and doesn’t leave the house literally and caught covid. I have no clue how. Must be food delivery person gave it. Reallly gave no clue. Smart to leave PA. Philly is wildin. They are doing this “after party” thing. They go to jersey. Stock up literal trailers of beer and party until the cops shit it down. Shit won’t go away like this. But I’m done speaking of it as well
