All you can do is your best, but we all slip don't recognize the threat. I wash my hands like a crazy at the hospital, but I am super lax at home. Once I get my second shot I am just going to try forget that happened and continue to be paranoid to an extent. Happily I've still only known a hand full of people I know or work with get this, knock wood.

Extremely paranoid my hands look like scales from washing. but have severe asthma myself so I do not always have my mask up at work because it’s 100 degrees and gets difficult to breathe. but I’m always at least 20 feet away or more from others. Otherwise I’m trying to catch my breathe and have to sit down. I need to work I have no choice. Sounds like excuse but I’m large and asthmatic I physically cant breathe so I do things this way. I’ll wear the bandana but like I said I won’t when I’m alone. I work With with metals and retail at night which sucks. Somebody comes by I put my bandana up. I know I won’t do well with it I try not to think about it. I will wait and see the effects of the shot before I do something myself. Just to see if it works. Not that I’ll turn into a lizard lol

Exactly. I cut pasta out of my diet unfortunately but I’d add equal parts spaghetti

Sounds great. Do a similar style for the “jerk” style. Thin julienned. Along with white onion, some red pepper. Bacon fat, butter to get a nice crisp on one side— then incorporate everything in.

Now the southern style I learned from my grandma, a little different !

Pasta? Egg noodles. Now we are talking cabbage, a little onion, with some knockwurst, dash of mustard on the side...

Every culture has to have great cabbage recipes. It’s just too tasty, simple to cook, cheap and easy to grow. I had to convince her that cabbage was actually sweet, not bitter. She had only had it as sauerkraut (which I love too). Perfect beer food as well.

Another new beer picked up on my trip to Boulder. I have been wanting to try this for a while. I am happy that it tastes like a lighter, non-hop slightly sweeter version of Alaskan Amber. And at $8 a 6'er a good value prop compared to many big commercial brews.

    Full Sail - Amber

I just mix a can of San Marcos serrana salsa and a can of sauerkraut and have it with a beer as lunches when I work from home.
