just placed an order with new park for the first time. Double clouds. Still have plenty of hf Susan (last batch before hiatus) focal and heady stocked in the back, been drinking a lot of Th lately, very green specifically.

Saw Sleep play on a triple bill with Sunn O))) and Boris a couple years back and it was one of the loudest nights of my LIFE

 

Thinking about going Sunday, but concerned that crowds on a Super-Bowl Sunday will be a shit show. Are we thinking 1 (wet fart), or 10 (falling into a Porta Potty @ Country Fest @ Gillette when it is 98 degrees out)?

 

Better question is why wait? Do they tend to do new releases on the weekend?

Life Metal is kinda cool and the record they did with Scott Walker is pretty good. Not my favorite band but I kinda get it.

It’s been awhile since I’ve done the curbside pickup.
I know it is a crapshoot but has anyone had luck with a good time to head there on a Saturday for pick up? Just trying to waste as little time as possible sitting and waiting in the car.

Have you checked out Earth? They were doing it before Sunn 0))). Earth 2 is a really great drone metal record. I feel like it's a bit more accessable than Sunn.

 

Dylan from Earth opened for Sleep the last time I saw them, and it was Windhand opening the time before that.
