What’s the craft beer scene in Brazil like? Is it large? Is it as extreme as the US?

Bars in Brazil are somewhat different than ones here in the US - how does that impact your brewing strategy?

The Japanese influence is apparent, and very good! Is there any flavors or inspiration you're excited to try? The wasabi lager sounds amazing.

I'm loving all the Japanese influence, but I don't know a lot about traditional Brazilian beers. Can you explain what some Brazilian influences would be in your other beers?

Have you ever had a beer that was successful in one country but the flavors did not translate across borders?

Beer is fantastic, super balanced even though its 11% abv. I wish I could get more of this. Great work!

Can you talk about how & when you are introducing the miso to the fermentation? How many iterations has this had?

What do you think the brewing world can do to increase diversity? Obviously, you’ve brought your unique experience and background to your beers. More diversity in brewing can only increase innovation!

This beer tastes insanely roasty to me. Is that all from the grain, or is some of that related to the miso?
