Depends on your vintage! I had this bottle (2012) fresh and it's only gotten better! I'm stoked to have gotten a vintage that I enjoyed fresh back in the day.

Sam, some of my best beer nights involved curling up with a 'Thomas Hardy's' on a cold winter's night

Sam - How's the joint effort with Boston Beer Co going so far? Any favorite projects in the works?

For Sam: Give us your thoughts on cellaring. What’s a good general approach to cellaring; styles with cellaring, time, and overall tips.

Sam, we have met you at many locations, GABF, EBF, and local establishments (Victory Downingtown)--thank you for always being approachable and for giving your love to the craft beer scene.

Sam, thanks for the vintage Olde School.
Would you consider doing an oud bruin?
Also, can I still get Raison D'etre?

Amazing Barley Wine! Mad Elf is about all we can regularly get in Central PA. Sam, What was that one beer that inspired you to become a brewer? Was it so good you were inspired, or was is so bad you thought you could do better?

Considering place and time, right now - with Sam and Todd - seems like the most perfect time for me to enjoy my 2012 Olde School. Like haiku, a sense of an experience encompassing all senses.

Not gonna lie Sam, Dogfish is what got me excited about craft beer. Thank you for your passion and continued commitment to keeping if off-centered!

Sam, your barley wine is great, but your 60 minute IPA is one of your best beers. A top 5 IPA.

We toured Milton with Lars as the guide. he gave us an old Olde School as a present because we were on our 20th anniversary.....I don't recall what year it was. Not near it right now to look.....but what a great memory. I'm reluctant to open it. Thank you for sharing this one so I can have it and leave that other (bottle in my fridge) memory intact.

I recall Heaven & Hells being poured at Lord Hobo at an EBF pre-party one year. I had two, and I think that's all I drank for the night.
