Hey...finally, here comes the sun. I have been waiting all weekend for this ha. Drie Fonteinen Cuvee Armand & Gaston, one of my favorites. With sausage and cheese. Found an aged Australian Cheddar, don't know why I thought they don't make cheese ha but its not something I see all the time. Along with a Roquefort Blue Cheese, it all pairs really well

Goat! That's all I ever heard about living in and around Chicago for decades. I'm a victim of circumstance!

 

I know right, I grew up thinking that either meant scapegoat, or a reference to the Cubs and Billy Goat tavern. Then I heard all the stupid sports talking heads that can't find their asses says GOAT for everything impressive, and had know idea what they were talking about ha.

I'm drinking a Deschutes Red Chair NWPA, a Northwest Pale Ale. It's well balanced with grapefruit hops balanced out by bready malts. I'd definitely get this one again.
