Found a 24th Anniversary and didn't hesitate to grab it. Which is normal for Firestone Walker. Always willing to try a new beer from F&W. It's pretty good Sunday beer to start the day.

Other Half Brewing Co. -- Loose Diamonds (NEIPA) -- an outstanding non-FLA beer acquired through @DoctorZombies kind generosity...

Gorgeous, translucent body; soft yellow and capped with a rocky, white, lasting head. A light punch of lemon greets the nose; herbal, earthy hop spiciness. An outstanding deft blend of mild lemon and other citrus flavors; biscuit; quiet tanginess offsetting low-level sweetness; bare hint of bitterness. Medium body; light, creamy texture; gentle acidic note.

A most pleasant and delicious New England-styled IPA. Subtlety and nuance rule here, folding all the sensory components together into a very complex yet balanced beer. Absolutely stunning!

I do like Earth Crisis. I haven’t heard integrity. I’ll check them out. I’ve been listening to recently a lot of Judiciary they remind me of old school Machine Head.

De Biertuin Weizen. A fresh Weizen from Uiltje. Not bad, but I prefer the classics when it comes to this style.

@GreenBayBA let me know when you find yourself in Amsterdam! Or Norway too. With normal circumstances I'm there two or three times a year. Have some family links to Norway myself, but these date back to the Viking age (had my DNA checked in a National Geographic project).

    Cheers all!

Howdy again, still in a dark (:Stout) mood, so doing something a bit more potent.
Perennial Sump Imperial Coffee Stout. 11.5% and looks and pours like motor oil.
Great coffee stout, first time in a can (right? am I right?) says drink by 7.18.21 so assuming it's last July's canning or ...? I've had this occasionally on draft, but from the can is a treat.

It's not my best photographic work or the best context, but the damn house is a mess, and this was the best setting I could hope for...

In any case, going to nurse this through an hour or two of EPL football, and then perhaps put this into the NBW inventory. Cheers.

I can't believe it's 15:30 and I'm just cracking my first beer of the day! Usually it's between 10 & 11. That's what I get for going and wrenching on one of my motorcycles first. Only 2 years old and the tartness has dropped out mostly. Still very tasty black cherry. The missus gets Dr Pepper. Love this stuff.
