When I met my wife in highschool, I went to her house and discovered boxed mashed potatoes, to which I was like “What the fuck is this? Oh no, oh no nooooooo!” I stopped that quick lol. I had never seen that before

 

The keg containing our oatmeal stout will blow at any moment but not before pouring this one. Cheers!

 

I made my special lasagna for my wife one of our first Valentines days together...dry noodles, jarred sauce, etc.

She fixed me.

Now, generally, we make the noodles, sauce, and sausage from scratch, and make our own ricotta and mozzarella when we can.

Valentine's Day lasagna is the best lasagna.

 

Switching over to Lagunitas IPA for the NY Rangers and Pittsburgh game. Should be another good one.
