Best pizza I ever had in my life and I used to do it for a living, Frank Pepe’s in New Haven, CT. Honestly best pie (3 I ate lol) ive ever had. My brother and I drove from Trenton NJ and took a ferry and everything. 3 hours trip just for that and so worth it.

 

My brother in law had to sell his Harley, remove a couple of tattoos and eat takeout every night when he got married. Now that's weak.

The first time I ate at my future in laws house, I asked for salt and pepper and was handed salt only. My future FIL said we don't go for exotic spices in this house

That's from the coal fired oven. A place by me has the same oven. When they had a guy
that knew how to use it and make dough they had incredible pizza.

 

Getting back on the horse with a DIPA from Tin Barn thanks to @algebeeric_topology . This is pretty damned good. Big time overripened citric fruit, mostly orange and apricot. Pretty smooth for the abv. Thanks again Rob.
