[IMG] Weekend closer and I am actually enjoying this one. Not a ton of the barrel stands out, but still enjoyable. Sleep well all.

So many punchlines possible in that, but I’m sure you married the best spice in that house.

End of a busy weekend. We're watching an episode of Poirot so I'm drinking a Belgian Quad. Santé and have a great week, everyone!

Sly Fox Helles Lager - I added sea salt and a lime wedge to it. Yeah, a little sacrilegious since it stands just fine on its own but I have been enjoying light Lagers lately with this combination but I wanted to support the locals tonight.

And it's nice to see that they did away with the 360 lid on these here in PA now too. I know many people liked it but I was not a fan.

This is one of my favorite bands and I don't believe this video has ever been posted on BA. This tune evolves into one of the most smokin' jams I've seen in a long time. Just an outstanding performance. It starts to evolve around the 8 minute mark but really takes off around the 12:30 mark. The guy who's playing what looks like an electric guitar is actually playing an electric mandolin and he freakin' rocks. Also, whoever heard a Martin acoustic sound like that. This was just a stellar performance and worth watching from beginning to end.

And here's another if you liked that one ...

    16 oz. can.
    Canned 02/23/21.

Moderate pour yields a one and a half inch tan head over a near black body with sticky lacing. Nose of bitter chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, slight vanilla, and slight peanut butter. Taste is where the peanut butter comes forward a bit with the vanilla extract lagging behind until the stout warms. So, chocolate foremost followed by peanut butter, vanilla, and waffle cones. Nice feel and a pleasant experience overall; not too sweet, not too strong and quite tasty.
Cheers to our friends at Lone Pine Brewing Company for this one!!!

Looks great man! I’m making some Chile Colorado this week, got my dried peppers on the way...realized I was out today of Guajillo and Ancho. Deciding between going simple with a Chuck roast or short ribs....

Busy day, did a hike on Mt. Sequoya today, only about an hour, but it wore my ass out. First hike since my knee surgery last fall. Super nice day, so the trail was somewhat busy, still not bad, only saw a bout a dozen people. Grilled some Rib Tips, marinated some with South Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce & some with Jerk Paste & a little cherry juice. They turned out nicely.

Yup but draft only. The location in North Olmsted does some brewing including small batches. Got a howler (32 ounce jug) of JHH. Very good jalapeño flavor on top of the excellent base. If they ever can, I’ll shoot you some.
