NBS BIF #13: Peninsular Envy 2 (The Rocket-Ball Inception)

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the lucky thirteenth iteration of the New Beer Sunday (now in support of New Beer Weekend) Beer It Forward! (NBS BIF #13 in short.)

First, a quick reminder of the requirements:

*Share Date: Sunday, April 11th (please ensure at least one box arrives by Thursday, April 8th)
*66 oz minimum
*1 mystery beer
*1 swag item (sticker, glassware, shirt, etc)
*1 local food item
*2 hints per week in this thread

If you would like a refresher on the etiquette, please refer to the 1st post of the sign-up thread (to avoid replicating it here).

If you choose, you could thematically tie your hints to the title of this BIF, but that's optional. Don't ask what happened to the first Peninsular Envy; we don't talk about Peninsular Envy (Yo Dawg, I Heard You Like Islands in Lakes). The sequel is widely considered to be the superior product.

As far as pairings go, here is precisely what you can expect:

*No same-state or adjacent-state pairings.
*No repeat target dating back to NBS 11 (including the NBS 12.5 mini-BIF).
*To the maximum extent possible, geographic same-region pairings are avoided. For clarity, the regions I selected are: Pacific Coast; New England; Great Lakes; South East. I did not use Midwest, as I wanted more clarity, and Great Lakes seemed a better fit. (And remember: no adjacent-state pairings.)

There are no guarantees regarding geographic region pairings, previous ninja target pairings, or repeat pairings that pre-date NBS BIF #11.
