    Lagunitas StereoHopic to get things going this afternoon. Planted 206 tomato seeds yesterday. A variety of slicers and paste for all our summer and canning needs. Need to grab additional trays for our peppers. I'm excited about the purple and red ghosts we're planting as well as the red and green hatch varieties. Expecting a big harvest. Cheers!

    Sorta wondered if you'd seen that channel. One of his daughters is the interviewer - and she seems like she's not near the microphone or something (or maybe Jimmy's hearing is going). The stories are kinda neat, even if I actually do know those songs by heart, as well. :wink:

    Great day outside. Grilling some thighs and asparagus. Brawler tasting quite nice.

    One of my favorite bands. Never saw them and crazy jealous that my wife carried their equipment into a show so she could get in for free.

    Making corned beef. Actually I might do 1/2 Boiled and Smoke either the flat or the point and make pastrami.

    Thanks, but you deserve the kudos. I listened to your heavy salt/pepper/paprika suggestion and darn that works good for crustification. That was about half to 3/4 inch thick steak, 2 and a half minutes per side and 7 minute tented rack rest.

    Somehow I managed to not set off the smoke alarm, but I bet I was close...
