    Larry, my favorite era of Fleetwood Mac...amazing how there's that John Mayall's 'Blues Breakers' and the Yardbirds connection with Green, Clapton, Beck, Page, and Mick Taylor...many of my favorite guitarists...

    Virginia is a bit behind most other states with regard to offering the vaccination. Gotta say though that I was impressed with the operation in the mass vaccination center we went to. Lots of friendly volunteers. Also there was the National Guard who were some of the friendliest and respectful folks you could ever meet.

    Continuing the “iconic IPA” run from yesterday, this checks every IPA/DIPA box for me, from the look through the nose, taste, and feel. Absolutely love this beer.

    John Mayall's Blues Breakers was a breeding ground for great players. This was probably one of his more obscure tunes, but Harvey Mandel's playing is just excellent. That thick, snaky, sinuous sound he gets .. just great,

    Evening BA,

    I took tomorrow off for the hell of it. So, I’m going to enjoy a few this evening!

    And don’t worry @Blogjackets I have remedied my Tropicalia situation...

    Also picked up a sixer the now year round Cosmik Debris! Of which happens to be the beer I am having now.

    Ah, Harvey M. -- despite hearing about him (wasn't he rumored to replace M. Taylor in the Stones???), I know very little about him and probably have heard even less...what I have heard, I seem to recall liking...

    I don't know much about him but I always loved his playing in that tune. I believe his nickname was snake.

    Back to the Roots was an excellent but somehow obscure album.
