    I’m having trouble with a BIF is like a circle, my mind can’t handle a Ghost participant.

    Ok, Hint #3: I am shipping to a state that, in the history of the NBS BIF, has produced at least two participants. However, there may not be two participants from that state in this BIF.

    I’ve never Traded per say into my targets state. I have sent some beers though just because I felt like it.
