Wow! Love the lemony thick mouthfeel of this beer.

I do a substantial amount of cardio every single day. But I need to get back to the weights. I had a great dumbell workout for chest and arms that really worked.

We had a pound of turkey meat a can of tomatoes and some pasta. It was like that old cooking show Ready Set Cook where they gave you a bag of ingredients and you had 30 minutes to make a meal.

    Good evening Advocates !
After a great victory by As Roma in the round of 16 of the UEFA Europa League...

    Birra dell'Eremo - ZOE - Keller Pils (5,2%)

With dry hopping of Saaz hops.
On the nose hints of crusty bread and cereals.
    Light yellow, clean, transparent.
Abundant and soft foam that never disappears completely.
In the mouth in soft mouth before lively herbaceous and bitter hints accompany the beer to a dry and clean finish.
As soon as the beer stays in the glass for a few minutes and softens the temperature a little, the pleasant scent of durum wheat bread and cereal arrives.
    Light, fresh, tasty.
In my opinion, slightly more bitter and herbaceous than a classic Keller Pils, but which fits perfectly with my tastes.

Congrats on that. Beautiful art and not an easy place for ink. Got one in honor of my brother when he died. Those are the ones you cherish.

I remember Morristown. What I do not remember though is if they were part of the football conference back in my day.

I had one of these last week and I must have gotten a bad can, it was horrible. This is really enjoyable though, back to what I was used to.

Make sure you exercise the muscles part of the posterior chain (no not your butte). Doing just internal rotation exercises like chest and arms will have a deleterious effect on your shoulders over time. Gotta do some shoulder external rotation exercises to offset this, Do some pulling movements like various rows and maybe some band pull aparts using a palms up grip.

Where did that come from Mike? Sorry, got carried away. Time for another beer.

    Stay cool my friend.

Morristown Style IPA at Glenbrook Brewery. This is an old school West Coast IPA with lots of lemon peel, grapefruit rind, just a hint of orange zest, and bitter, biting NW hops. I think @TheIPAHunter would like this!

Its spring time in Houston, yeah. Saint Arnold Spring Bock, always welcome in my house.

I have been obsessed with the Gerry Mulligan and Chet Baker Carnegie Hall Concert, this is Vol 2. Both are incredible mid 70's live shows, and showed Chet could still play. On that great CTI label.
