when’s that subscription delivery go out? I was hoping pitch-lined pils might be for general sale this week.

 

You can just order online when you get there. Depending on how busy they are it might take a few minutes, but mine was ready in about 10 minutes after ordering.

 

Psychocandy is a lovely small stout.

As, Duc mentioned it was bumped a week so it should be tomorrow.

 

The first time I had it back in ‘18, it was easily one of the best beers overall that I had that year.

Need to revisit it in cans as I’ve missed the runs they’ve done. Biergarten draft and crowler previously.

I got a UPS notification that my subscription box should be delivered tomorrow.

 

I thought this week (was bumped a week) but haven't received a notification.

 

How's the Tafelbier? There aren't any recent reviews up on it.

 

We had to push out this month's subscription box due to our first bottle labels being delayed. Right now it's looking like they will ship on Monday 3/15 for Tuesday delivery. Sorry about the delay. Pitch Line Pils for general sale will most likely be later that week.

I walked in and ordered on a Saturday when the beer garden was closed. They weren't busy and put it together on the spot.

Also, I keep forgetting to bring them with me, but Notch is a pak-tech recycling partner for those 4-pack tops.

 

Agreed, I picked up a second four pack, which is something I rarely do these days, with all the quality beer on the liquor store shelf.

 

To be honest it was just ok. I’m two cans in. Definitely has that Belgian Table Beer flavor profile, but just seems to leave me wanting more.

I wonder if I’d feel the same way in a blind tasting not knowing it was 2.8%? Regardless, the Altbier and Salem Lager I also picked up are outstanding.

Notch is one of the few breweries I’ll pick up a second four pack of these days.

Ha oh boy, I hope this doesn’t influence others to not purchase it.

Contrary to popular belief I don’t love everything Notch puts out. Just almost everything they put out.

 

Nah Bro- it is time to get in your corolla and head west on the Mass Pike- keep going until you start seeing Buffalo Bills flags

 

I used a very similar geographical explanation to my (very Merrimack Valley) wife recently when she asked me how we’d get to our friend’s new vacation place in the Finger Lakes: Mass Pike and drive west for 300 miles. (Related: looking for beer related stops along that route — apparently Suarez is too south).

 

There's this new brewery that's supposed to be pretty good. I think it's called Tree something.

In all seriousness, if you're into the dessert beer thing, Tin Bridge in Westfield is good. They have some good IPAs too.
