I don’t rate beers so I take a huge hit I suppose, but I don’t like rating beers. I’m ok with general impressions, but I don’t like to tear beers apart either unless it’s egregious.

I got to try a bottle from them that I received in a Rookies BIF last year and it was phenomenal. I can't remember what it was specifically off the top of my head, but I definitely remember enjoying it a lot.

 

Home from work, and might as well do another hint, or 2. I've only been able to exclude one target, so far.
Hint 6 - My target hasn't had Surly Pentagram before, or hasn't reviewed it. That will change.
