Doesn't that depend on where in MI he is? Since a chunk of MI is in the central zone as well (as revealed in a previous BIF (I think?))

 

I'm pretty damn sure I'm out with your last hint. The only one person I know of from St. Cloud who was in the Olympics was Elise Post, and she didn't get the Gold.
