A fraudulent location, and Paris was a great guess, so where else would be fraud worthy?

Venice Italy, has to be like a romance novel, gondolas and such.

Well, it's kind of the generic "romantic" location that a lot of folks would guess, so I thought I'd take it off the board early. Related question:

What did y'all tell folks when all the pics were of a different place than where you said you were going?

For other guessers, message me, and I'll give you my second choice.

Well shoot, beat to the country. So my second guess is Canada, because why not?

Weeeelllllll .... assuming that hint applied directly to my target, I suppose that is correct. If, that is, it applied to my target. BUT DID IT????

    :grinning:

It was not Mexico, Germany, Italy or Canada! Man that’s a great bucket list.

Niagara Falls was a honeymoon destination in like 1950. That would make @Mbgreg like 70 plus.

    OK, time for more enlightenment.

My three-fold hints are organized in a repeating pattern. In other words, I am rotating hints evenly, but consistently, among my target, a separate target, and a non-target.

If you can figure out any single hint which pertains to my non-target (elimination hints), for example, then you can assume all hints falling in the same divisor apply to non-targets. (e.g. if hint #5 applies to one subset, then hints #2, 8, 11, etc et al also apply to the same sub-set).

And for a bonus hint: the video-only hints are pure elimination hints. If you think they apply to you, then you are not the father.....errrr, the target.

A thing people used to do was, take pictures on film. Sometimes, they would even have slides made, and have people over to look at them.....

It’s still popular up here. In fact we had our ‘minimoon’ in Niagara-on-the-lake which is the classier older sister of Niagara Falls. Then, when we could take time off from work, we lived it up in Paris and Bordeaux.

This post has reminded me there's a railroad museum of sorts about a half hour or so west of Spokane on HWY 2 that might be something to check out if they are able to open up this spring or summer. There's also an aviation museum at Felts Field I gotta check out, too, that should be opening up soon. Terry, you might've seen some of their planes when it was previously located in Everett.

Hint #1 - Shipping mostly east. Mostly.
    Hint #2 - I've visited my target's state.
Hint #3 - I've drank beer brewed in my target's state.
Hint #4 - I've drank beer brewed in my target's state while visiting that state.

Hint #5 - My target's state has at least one NHL team.
    Hint #6 - I've drank beer from my target's state during 2021.
Hint #7 - I've shipped beer to and received beer from my target's state, but I've neither shipped beer to nor received beer from my target.
Hint #8 - While my target provided me a list of beer preferences, barleywine was missing from that list. Was this an oversight? Or does my target not like barleywine? This is a problem because I'd like to send this really lovely barrel-aged barleywine, but maybe I should keep it for myself instead...
