Forget this phase three drop. Who else is excited for a $150 glass?

Didn’t think I’d win because of Oznr, but I’ll take it!

No offense intended. Meant to be self-depricating. Evidently no one looked at my date and status. See, this is why I rarely post!!

Not Selected and I'm very salty. Woah, is me. I can't try every beer I want to and that's not fair. I demand a recount.:joy::joy::joy::rage:

Maybe lighten up a little? The guy was using humor to point out Pressed is a porter lol.

[Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out how you can say you enjoy HouseofWortship's content while simultaneously complaining about swarmy responses]

Taking this back to beer, I've had Pressed on tap and in cans, and would def not describe it as "thick," let alone as thick as a full-bodied ba stout like BCS. Is it as thin as a typical porter? Def not. It is an imperial porter after all. Does it drink more like a regular stout? For sure.

The general craft beer consumer has come to expect stouts to be thicker than they typically were 10, 5, even 3 years ago. I'd say the entire reason breweries have started producing these "imperial porters" is to essentially make what a regular stout used to be without having the expectation that it be overly thick (and, therefore, avoid the consumer being dissatisfied/let-down, considering the stout subpar, and trashing it on Untappd, etc). That's my take on it, anyway.

Hope everyone has a great St Paddy's Day. I'll be starting my night out with The Claddagh irish stout, followed by The Knot irish red. Tried both over the weekend, and was thoroughly impressed by their execution of these styles, sláinte!

I think he did a fine job of explaining where he was coming from and it seemed settled, but good thing we have a white knight around like you to jump in after it was over to referee the internet, especially people’s senses of humor and tone! What would we do without you?

Actually, I won't be drinking a BA stout or a BA porter from P3. Joke's on you!

I'm actually almost glad I didn't win. I didn't want to have to explain to my wife why I needed to take an hour+ trip to pick up a single bottle of beer instead of doing some badly needed work around the house.

This is my current dilemma. I enter some of these things knowing I'm not going to win. Finally won something, so now I have to plan my trip. Luckily I need to restock my fridge, and they have a lot of offerings right now. I did reach out to them to see if I placed a delivery order, if they would be able to throw the BA Pressed in. But they can't (which is what I expected, but figured it was worth a try).

The key is to get your wife in on these BA beers. I entered my first ever OZNR lottery yesterday because my missus loves the Pressed series and her birthday is tomorrow. Sadly we didn't win, but so it goes.

Attn Pressed fans: I noticed something on their to go store last night that I see is removed now, and realized they haven't announced it. So it must have been posted live by mistake. It was a new batch of Pressed that was brewed with BA coffee beans (I assume the same beans used for the BA Pressed, but who knows). I don't recall the exact name of this batch, but was something like Pressed: BA Coffee. So keep your eyes peeled. No idea if/when it will be announced.

It was available to Ambassadors as part of the BA Pressed sale with pickup starting this weekend. I’d assume they’ll announce it sometime today for public release

Same. I honestly thought about trying that same thing with the delivery order if I had won. I'm 1 for the century on Oznr lotteries, but thankfully it was from More, which is really close to me.

That would be nice, but it will never happen. She doesn't really like any beer. I think I could get her on fruited sour beers if I tried, but those aren't really my bag.
